We are seeking applications from anyone 16 years old or older, who self-identifies as youth. Though the age range of 16-29 is primarily considered “youth,” we expand this definition to include anyone who still identifies with this term.
The provincial study that the ad-hoc committee will provide input on is related to the state of cyber violence in esports and the impact of cyber violence in online gaming spaces on LGBTQI2S youth. What is your interest in and relationship to these topics?

Please describe the unique perspectives, skills, and expertise you would bring to this committee. [up to 500 words]

As our call outlines, to ensure diversity of opinion and perspective and expand our current capacities, we especially seek to engage Two-Spirit and Indigenous people, Black and other people of colour, people who identify as trans or non-binary, people who live in non-metropolitan areas, and people who identify with disability/as disabled. Please describe your relationship to these communities/identifications. We will read your response in order to best ensure diversity within the Committee.
