Job Description

The Projects Coordinator will support and assist the development, implementation and coordination of various projects.  The incumbent will assist with all phases of project coordination and act as the primary point of contact for various projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide general status, analytical, reporting, financial, business and project control to Director of Operations and Project Management
  • Continuously track and monitor project progress and provide reports to Directors
  • Communicate with different stakeholders of projects and ensure deliverables and deadlines are met
  • Manage project management system, including inputting data, data analysis and report generation
  • Create and update project plans, manage tasks and budget and regularly review RFPs and contractual agreements
  • Respond to inquiries and address concerns relating to projects
  • Support Director of Project Management in daily administrative duties and tasks
  • And other duties, as directed, for the success of the delivery to the project/department and/or to meet key deadlines.

We Are Passionate About Finding Someone Who

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive project-related experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of project management
  • Experience working with Project Management System and MS Office Suite, particularly in spreadsheets/smartsheets, with ability to interpret data and reports
  • Excellent team player with exceptional organizational, communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task in handling multiple priorities and deliver results in tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PMP certification or equivalent is considered a strong asset
