About the project
Working for Change is a national research project focused on identifying biases that underlie employment barriers limiting the economic participation and prosperity of Two Spirit, trans and nonbinary people. We want to hear from you about your experiences with employment and employment barriers and with underemployment and unemployment.
This research study is being conducted by Dr. Dan Irving (Carleton University), Dr. Brittany Jakubiec (Egale), Noah Rodomar (Research Assistant), Ellie Maclennan (Research Officer, Egale), Dr. Félix Desmeules-Trudel (Senior Research Officer, Egale), and in collaboration with Dr. Albert McLeod (Two Spirit Consultant).
